From owner to build yard to your site

The complete journey.
The complete cost.

Our cost objective is a meaningful advantage over new manufactured housing. It must be established with real recovery, construction, and delivery quotations.

We are not publishing a verified home price or savings figure at this stage. Budget preferences in the inquiry form help assess demand; they are not offers.

01

Acquire the donor

Owner agreement, acquisition price, and the condition and dimensions of the unit.

02

Retrieve and bring it to the yard

Transport from the owner’s location to the work site, including access, loading or tow preparation, and the required transport arrangements.

03

Recover the usable frame

Yard handling, removal of the old structure, labor, excavator time, roll-off dumpster rental and hauling, disposal, frame assessment, and necessary repairs or preparation.

04

Build the individual home

Engineering and design coordination, flooring, arch shell, end walls, windows and doors, insulation, services, interior finishes, and applicable approvals.

05

Transport the finished residence

Separate outbound transport from the build yard to the buyer’s site, with the relevant route, load, access, and permit arrangements.

06

Install and complete the site work

Designed supports and anchoring, planned removal of detachable tongue and running gear, site access and preparation, utility connections, and final setup responsibilities.

Who performs the work does not remove the cost

Owned operation
or selected partners.

The same cost chain must be assessed whether we operate the yard or subcontract the work. An owned operation must also allocate yard occupancy, equipment, handling, supervision, and overhead.

A donor’s complete recovered-frame cost should be compared with the quote for a purpose-built frame. The lowest acquisition price is not automatically the best project choice.

What a future proposal
will need to explain.

Each proposal should distinguish the home and selected finishes, inbound recovery, outbound delivery, setup, and site-specific work. Included services, exclusions, allowances, and responsibilities must be stated before a customer commits. A home finished off-site still needs its planned onsite installation and utility connections.
